Amundson & Amundson currently have a friendly team consisting of 40 professional telephone operators. Each team member is hand-picked and trained intensively in corporate protocols and information security. Currently we manage answering services for businesses around the globe, including many well-known household brand names.
Our operator training schedules can range anywhere from 2-6 weeks in length, depending on the product and service range of the clients we are working with. Where possible, we are happy to train our team onsite at our clients’ place of business, in order to fully immerse our operating team in the services and products they will be handling.
